I’ve downloaded and installed the Wordpress theme “Thirteen”. I’m not so sure about the flowery butterfly thing that’s happening, and some sidebar material has been inadvertently rearranged. Thoughts?
I find it a bit more legible. Do you?

Very nice. I like the fluttery butterfly thing, and not just because I’m a girly. Very legible and clean.
Overall, the theme looks good, but I do agree that the celtic-style flora/fauna motifs seem not to connect well with the textual theme of the blog. But whatever!
The font sizes are too small for my liking, but overall it looks okay.
Carthik, on Font size: I’m never clear on how fonts will render on other platforms. I know in the old days, Windows machines were for some odd reason set to be 96 ppi, so that a 12-point font rendered significantly smaller on a PC than on the Mac (72dpi). This was in the old days, though; dunno about now.
So: How does it look after you hit Cmd-+ a couple of times? Or whatever equivalent increases the font sizes in your browser?
One nice thing here seems to be it dynamically scales (reasonably) well. Some of the titles in the sidebar slip out of their gradients, which is odd and must imply they’re fixed-size graphics, not backgrounds. I’ll look into that.
I think it looks good.
It no longer vibrates on loading. So it’s an improvement.
