I don’t get it. What does “look like it was designed on a Windows machine” mean?
Not pixelated. Not chosen from a foolish palette. Not… well, windowsy.
I still don’t get it, I am afraid. Why would designing on Windows result in pixelated, foolishly coloured websites?
