One wants to know how set boundaries may be made fluid again. One wants, I think, to let people do what they enjoy. There are enough of us for that.

Never thought about it that way at all!
I was thinking of rich out-of-towners coming in and having their way with a stressed disrupted place, to their personal advantage. In the south.
